4½ weeks

First and most touching: Monica did it again! Look what came in a little package to help me along with my weightloss and some good advice about another diet.

My man doesn't "get me"

You all have heard that before! Usually F is great at intuition. One of the better I'd say. Right now however he's not getting me. I just want him to say that he thinks I'm the worlds greatest and he thinks I should stop eating the damn shakes and starting eating food again. hahaha! How's that for putting all the blame on him.

As said before I cheated last Friday and had a small sallad and then wine in the evening. I'm still counting from day 1 though. So 4 weeks going now!

Last Friday I weighed myself at the center: -11,8 kg which is 26.01 Lbs!! How's that for 3½ weeks!?

I now have about 21kg (46lbs) to go. That feels managable at least.

Today is cinnamon roll day here in Sweden, yeah they actually have a day for it!
I'd love some. I would even considering baking them if I could eat them

Water water water

17 days

maybe not still going strong! I thought I was but a few happenings are making it alot rougher. A couple of days ago I had decided to only do this for one more week. I went and weighed in and got all kinds of inspiration!! -8kg(17½lbs) in 15 days was not bad at all. Gave me the energy to think ok, maybe a few more weeks. I know I'm cheating next Friday and having a couple of glasses of wine but then back on track on Saturday. Hope it works out that way.

Otherwise things are as usual around here. Got some GREAT news about on of my little chis. Noah is adjusting well to daycare and seems to be pretty ok for Gabriel in school. Kyle's nose is healing nicely and Andrew I'm too disapointed at right now to say anything more about.

Kyle and I had a date on wens. evening and it was so much fun. I'm going to show a few pics but of course they're in the other pc. I even got yet another unexpected little note from Monica. Show you that too when I am on the other pc.

13 days

13 days and still feeling pretty good. How about another 13?

10 full days...

but my motivation is off. My family is in the kitchen eating one of my favorites, tacos! Feels like I'm being punished sitting here and not allowed to join them. Some days just suck. I really have no idea how folk do this whole shake/soup diet for 11-15 weeks!!
I'm definately noticing a difference in clothes and body and already getting comments about my weight. Those are a great motivation of course. Starting to think about going over to the other part of this program alot earlier than what I first thought I would. We'll see.
Let's just say at least another 10 days then I'll see......

Well 5 full days and still doing great!
Already noticed today that my favo jeans are a little too loose. I'm even digging out my absolutely favo suit that I had when I was at my smallest. Just to hang it in the closet for a reminder.

I'm actually not hungry anymore at all but I miss food!!!

Otherwise everyone is doing good. School, meetings and everything else is rolling along.

It's a new day

Well ALOT has happend this week. It's actually been a fun week even if very hectic.
I made a decision I hope will change my life and became a member of Xtravaganza. I'm extremely motivated and that is usually all it takes. I was aproached by them last year and felt I wasn't there yet. It's really expensive and you have to sign a 1 year contract but that's ok. I'M GONNA MAKE ITÄ HAPPEN!!

On my 2nd day and it's going great. I'm a little hungry but not too bad. Even worked out at there gym this morning before work!
Anyways, I'll let you all know how it goes.


Sorry! Wasn't able to finish bloging yesterday so I'm now totally thru day 3 with a birthday party under my belt. Actually I didn't care for going to all that good cake and cookies but I managed. Its not that I'm hungry it's the whole social eating I might miss. Thats ok! I can do it!

If you don't know what Xtravaganza is, it's a weight loss center here in Sweden. They work in a few different ways and I'm doing there kickstart which is basically Shake/soup diet. I get three a day and then lots of water. I even eat Omega-3 now.
When you feel you can't do shakes anymore you start eating but after there methods and with good help. The good thing about this center is that it's educated health consultants working there. Which is a huge difference from Weight Watchers.

Anyways, I'll explain it better later.

Busy bees

Work, puppies, shows, parents meetings, kick offs, you name we're doing it! Soccer games, conventions and so on and so on!
Have loads of pics to show but most of them are on my facebook and I think most of the people who check my blog even are on my friends list on FB but here's a couple for now! Heading for the shower because I'm hoping on a lunch date today!

Confused

Apparently it's quite irritating to put a password on this blog. I might move it. Have to think about it a bit. For reasons that are personal I'm now putting a password on this blog but of course my friends and AMERICAN family are welcome to the password. Just have to figure out where or how! I'll look in to it!

Back to school!

Hi everyone!
This week is school start at our house. Monday it was time for the boys to get up early, eat breakfast and head off to the first day.
Andrew started his first day of junior high and Gabriel his first "real" school day as a first grader. How bout that?
Kyle is second ring(sophmore) at high school and även Noah has started daycare!
You wouldn't believe how many forms and papers I've filled in for them all, my word!

As usual busy busy, school is starting on Monday and we're almost ready for it. Shopping and filling in forms!

Last week we had the oppertunity to spend the day at the racetrack. Fredrik and his brothers and father got to first drive a car around the track for hours and take turns then one of Swedens best STCC drivers, Ted Björk, took them for a spin in this Ferarri! Very cool! Next time he said he wants to take me for a spin, not as sure about that though.


Last but not least, guess who's a big boy now!!??
Noah, the daycare goer:) My little guy started his very first day at daycare on Tuesday. By the end of next week we hope to be able to leave him "for real".

Anyways, figured out some people are VERY!! curious and that's to be expected when you blog. I'm thinking of maybe coinsiding my two blogs and running one. Maybe writing both in english and swedish? Give me feedback please? Or is it better to keep it like it is?

One more thing! I'm really not the tech freak I think I am, I can't get the pics off my phone and need help when F gets home. Just to show you that special something that came in the mail this week!

Chi-Lott's MJ Liberian Girl

That's the name of one very special girl I'd like you all to meet.

It's "The other half of the story" and a little prinsessa that's moving in here in a few weeks. I'm so excited! Especially for my little Marley who's a little bit shy. I think this is perfect for him to get a buddy his own age.

We don't have a name yet and it's up to debate here so feel free with suggestions. Here's our list so far:

Demi (Fredriks favo)
Elby (which is what we call her now, LG are her initials but LB we picked out of Liberian and call her that until further notice)

Random acts of kindness part 2

About 6 months ago I wrote I was a little under the weather. Two days later there was a care package in my mailbox, maybe you all remember? I could look up the insert but I'm a little lazy, sorry. Well last week when we got home from vacation there was yet another little unexpected package waiting for me.

Sweet generous Monica had done it again!
In the package there was an adorable little green knitted sweatervest for Marley as a welcome home gift and I don't know how she did it but she knew it was Rosies birthday soon so even she got a cute little pink sweater! I'm so taken away at this womans kindness. Very rare now a days and I'm so lucky to have met someone who is this way.

Island Land (Öland)

Hi everyone!
Well we're back from our camping vacation on Öland and the laundry is caught up and the camper cleaned out.
We hade a great week even if the weather wasn't the greatest. Great food and great company! We got at least two real warm, half days, at the sea.

Andrew had the most fun and participated in there sportsweek that they had and he was busy all the time. Gabriel had the luck of having a little playground close to our camper and he headed off quite a bit too. Leia and Noah had the whole tent full of toys and did pretty good too. Between toys Noah watched Rory, nonstop! By the end of the week we all went around singing on the Rory song!

Half of the story...

Guess what I picked up today? A new little baby boy !! We were looking for a long coated baby girl, black and tan. What came home is a short coated, adorable, black and tan, beautiful litte boy. He's my up and coming champion! Him and I had a talk about it. Plus he promised not to mark inside when he gets bigger.

You know how

sometimes you have something very exciting so close you almost have it planned in your head? You start making future plans before anything is sealed so to speak?
Well that happend to me this week, kind of double even. I'm quite sad about it to be honest with you. I'm sure my time will come, that's not it. Just sad about alot of things I've learned this past week or two and to be honest with you I would have been better off not knowing.

Anyways, heads up.....Something exciting is still going to happen. Just not how I had hoped. New hope will light up and I'll be on track again. I just have to let the other stuff vent out a little more first.
